1.) WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
Most packages are shipped UPS Ground unless another carrier is specified or required in your area. Shipping is calculated using Standard UPS ground rates, package weight and size and your ship to zip code from our nearest warehouse.
We offer Free Freight over $200.00 - but we do charge an additional $5.99 S&H Fee to orders that are less than that. You could be responsible for additonal shipping charges if we have to ship from multiple warehouses. We are a wholesale supplier and we work on very low margins. Smaller orders really hurt our profitability. We will continue to ship these orders, but we must account for our shipping costs. This fee is built into the total shipping cost and is not listed separately.

2.) HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
In stock orders placed by 1:00pm PST will normally ship within 24 hours via UPS Ground or Local Courier (whichever is available in your area) from our nearest warehouse. Your order will normally arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on which warehouse we have to ship from, and will deliver when that carrier is set to deliver in your area. Tracking #’s can be provided by emailing email@example.com once your order has been shipped.
Larger orders will ship by truck and could take up to 6 business days depending on where we have to pull inventory from. There may be additional trucking charges associated. We will notify you of this when we process your order.
ORDERS PLACED ON A WEEKEND OR HOLIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
3.) CAN I PLACE A RUSH ORDER?
Yes. Most of our orders ship within 24 hours. However, if you have a rush situation and would like us to quote expedited shipping charges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a quote.
4.) WHERE ARE YOUR WAREHOUSES LOCATED?
We have 8 warehouses strategically placed throughout the United States….California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Massachusetts, Florida, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
5.) CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but pick up is not available.
6.) DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time.
7.) CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
No. Because of the nature of our shipping warehouses and inventory system, we are unable to “exchange” product. However, you may return unused/unworn/undecorated product within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges) and reorder the product that you need. Amount will be refunded once product is received and recorded in our warehouse. RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PRODUCTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. You will be responsible for return freight on all returned items. Sample items and special orders are not eligible for return.
8.) CAN I RETURN PRODUCT? DO YOU HAVE RESTOCKING FEES?
Yes. You can return unused/unworn/undecorated product within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). There is a 10% restocking fee. Please contact our returns department for more specific information on your order and to obtain an “RA #” email@example.com Please include your order# and reason for return when you contact us. NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION# AND MUST BE AUTHORIZED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING PRODUCT. Once your product is accounted for in our warehouses, we will issue a credit, less shipping and 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return freight.
DO NOT SEND PRODUCT TO OUR OFFICE LOCATION. If we receive returned product at our office, you will be responsible for freight back to our warehouse and the restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive product that has been damaged, you must report this damaged product to our returns department within 7 business days from receipts of product so appropriate actions can be taken.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have recieved, and you are past the 7 day return request for exchange/return OR you have washed, worn or decorated the product, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve your concerns. We do not manufacture our product, therefore we cannot be held responsible for quality issues.
If your product must be ordered directly from our manafacturer, the product is not returnable.
9.) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If we catch your order before it ships we are more than happy to cancel your order. However, after product has shipped our return policy is in effect.
10.) DO YOU BACKORDER PRODUCT?
No. If an item is unavailable, the item(s) will be removed from the order and you will be notified.
